Indigenous Drum Making

This morning students in Grades 6 and 7 had the opportunity to participate in a traditional Indigenous drum making experience with Mark Hall from Anish Corporation. Mark is a cultural support worker who brings experiences to youth in order to keep traditional Indigenous learnings alive. This morning, he led students through the process of drum making using Elk hides. 2023/2024 Kindergarten Registration

INTERLAKE SCHOOL DIVISION requests that all parents/guardians of children eligible to attend Kindergarten in the 2023/2024 school year register their child with their local school between November 21 – December 2, 2022.
