This morning students in Grades 6 and 7 had the opportunity to participate in a traditional Indigenous drum making experience with Mark Hall from Anish Corporation. Mark is a cultural support worker who brings experiences to youth in order to keep traditional Indigenous learnings alive. Balmoral School would like to invite families to visit the school on Tuesday September 6th for an Open House and Meet the Teacher event from 3:30-5:30. Families will be able to visit classrooms, meet staff and drop of supplies.
